• Either book online through our website, or download the user friendly, Gingr for Pet Parents app.

Are vaccinations required?

• Yes, for the safety and health of your dogs as well as others dogs. vaccination records can be uploaded on the Gingr app as part of your pet profile. Vaccinations for rabies is required.

How do we send these in?

• By creating a profile onn the Gingr for Pet Parents Application. This application be downloaded on Droid and iOS. You can also access the website through any computer or smartphone from the schedule links.

Is there a cancellation fee?

• Yes, if the pet owner cancels the service with less than 24 hours, then deposit is rendered. If, client cancels in a timely manner, deposit is refunded or applied as credit on Gingr profile.

Is Zander Deux’s certified as a dog groomer?

• San Antonio and surrounding areas(Cibolo, Schertz, Converse, New Braunfels, Far West Side (Alamo Ranch), Stone Oak Area and South Side (inquire distance for South)

• Trust is very important for your fur-babies, as a pet owner, myself, I help your fur-baby relax and them know, that everything will be alright.
